Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Terra Delyssa® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lb. Ground Turkey
1 Egg
1/4 cup Red Onion, finely diced
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/3 cup Breadcrumbs
1/3 cup Whole Milk
2 teaspoons Fresh Thyme Leaves
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
Directions:
- To a large mixing bowl add ground turkey, egg, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix with a fork or your hands until incorporated then roll into evenly sized meatballs.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat then add Terra Delyssa® Extra Virgin Olive Oil and brown the meatballs on medium heat, turning them once for even browning.
- Add the broth and cranberry sauce to the meatballs and gently toss to coat. Simmer on low heat for another 5-8 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked through.
