Smoked Salmon Spaghetti

2 portions of perfectly cooked spaghetti
1 tablespoon of Terra Delyssa Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoons sliced shallots
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 handful washed spinach chopped
1/2 cup pasta water
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tablespoon capers
100 grams smoked Salmon
1 squeeze lemon
1 kosher salt
1 black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh dill

In a large pan sweat the garlic and shallots in the Terra Delyssa Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Deglaze with white wine, reduce by half then add the cream and cream cheese.

Reduce and add the spaghetti, pasta water, capers, smoked salmon. Kill the heat. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon.

Plate and garnish with fresh dill.
