My in-laws, who dislike strong flavors, are in love with this olive oil and have a new bottle whenever I’m there. And I can see why they like it. You can’t tell it’s olive oil. Which, if you’re cooking and baking, is just what you want. I adore strong flavors, though, and would only use this for baking. Soup? Salad? Veggie? Chicken? Dipping or drizzling? Give me that bright robust olive oil flavor, the grassier the better in my book. I would personally never buy this olive oil except for baking sweets
