Ingredients:
1/4 cup Terra Delyssa® Classic Pure Olive Oil
4 Salmon Fillets
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Sweet Paprika Powder
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 Lemon
Directions:
- Turn the oven to broil.
- Add the spices, salt and Terra Delyssa® Classic Pure Olive Oil to a small mixing bowl. Mix to combine then set aside.
- Place the salmon fillet to a parchment lined baking sheet. Using a pastry brush, brush the spiced oil on the top and sides of the salmon fillets.
- Broil the salmon for 6-8 minutes or until fully cooked, flakey and the internal temperature reads 135°F.
- To serve, garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
