1. Promotion Period: TERRA DELYSSA FAMILY MEALS MONTH GIVEAWAY (the
   “Promotion”) commences at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time “ET”) on September 08, 2023, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 30, 2023 (the "Promotion
   Period”). All entries must be received by the end time and date of the Promotion Period to be valid and eligible. Incorrect or incomplete entries are void and will not be eligible.
2. Administrator/Sponsor: The Promotion is sponsored and administered by Mediterranean Delight, Inc. DBA CHO America (“CHO”). The Promotion is in no way
   sponsored, administered, or endorsed by Instagram®.
3. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and have Internet access as of the beginning of the Promotion Period (each, an “Entrant”).  Employees and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children, and step siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and
   members of the same household, whether or not related, of the SPONSOR, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, sponsors,
   subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and third party fulfillment or judging agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to enter or win the Promotion.
4. How to Enter:  During the Promotion Period, the Terra Delyssa Instagram® Account (https://www.instagram.com/terradelyssa/) will post a prompt within an Instagram® post.
   Eligible Entrants may enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period by following the below instructions (hereinafter, an “Entry”)

a) Sign into your Instagram® account (“Instagram® Account”) or, if you are not already a member, become a member of Instagram.com and sign into your Instagram® Account. Creating an Instagram® Account is free. By submitting your information and
creating an Instagram® Account, you will be required to agree to the Instagram® terms of service and privacy policy;

b) Follow the Terra Delyssa Instagram® Account;

c) “Like” the Prompt Post and “Tag” at least one (1) additional user in a comment on the Prompt
Post, comment on the Prompt Post (you favorite family meal) through the Terra Delyssa Instagram® Account.

Entrants who follow the above instructions will be automatically entered for a chance to be randomly selected from all eligible comments and, if selected, will be the prospective Prize Winner (as defined below). There is a limit of one (1) Entry
per eligible person during the Promotion Period. If multiple Entries are received, only the first Entry will be accepted, and additional Entries will be
disqualified. You may “tag” more than one user. Tagging more than one user will not increase your chances of winning. Tagging more than one user does not result in additional Entries. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Instagram® Account. Any attempt by you to obtain more than one (1)
Entry by using multiple/different email addresses, Instagram® Accounts, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods may void your Entries and you may be disqualified from the Promotion. Any use of fake accounts,
multiple accounts, robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry
methods or agents will void all Entries by you.  In the event of a dispute over who submitted an Entry, the Authorized Account Holder of the Instagram® Account used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who set up the respective Instagram® Account.  In the event of a dispute, THE SPONSOR shall determine the identity of the Authorized Account Holder, and all decisions concerning the identity of an Authorized Account Holder by SPONSORS are final.  All Entries and information therein become the property of THE SPONSOR upon entry and shall not be returned.

THE SPONSOR may not receive Entries that fail to strictly follow the instructions set forth in these Official Rules and THE SPONSOR is not responsible for failure to see or receive an Entry. THE SPONSOR, at its sole discretion, may accept a technically incorrect Entry. “Likes,” “Tags,” and comments not received by THE SPONSOR on the Prompt Post will not be entered into the Promotion.

Prizes: The Prize Winner (as defined below) will receive the following (the “Prize”): one (1)
Terra Delyssa Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1L bottle, (1) Terra Delyssa Organic Dates bag 794g, grocery shopping gift card with $100 value; and one (1) Terra Delyssa Shopping Bag. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is: $136 USD.

The prospective Prize Winner (as defined below) may not substitute, assign, or transfer the Prize, or redeem the Prize for cash, but THE SPONSOR reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute the Prize (or any portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value.  Further, THE SPONSOR reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover Prize at their sole discretion. Prize Drawing: Two (2) prospective Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing for among all eligible Entries submitted during the Promotion
Period on or about October 14, 2023, at the offices of Mediterranean Delight,
Inc. DBA CHO America (“CHO”), or another commercially reasonably location selected by THE SPONSOR. Following the drawing, the prospective Prize Winners will be notified within approximately 48 hours via Direct Message on Instagram®. The prospective Prize Winners will also be identified by THE SPONSOR on Terra Delyssa® Instagram® Account.

The prospective Prize Winner will be the Prize Winner unless that prospective Prize Winner either
declines the Prize or does not respond to the prize notification within two (2) calendar days of such notice, or is deemed ineligible to accept the Prize, in THE SPONSOR’S sole discretion.  If the prospective Prize Winner declines the Prize, does not respond, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate prospective Prize Winner will be chosen in a subsequent random drawing to be held after the disqualification of the previous prospective Prize Winner. Receipt of the Prize by the prospective Prize Winner is subject to verification eligibility as determined by THE SPONSOR in its sole discretion and compliance with these Official Rules.

The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Limitation on Liability:  Instagram, LLC does not endorse the promotion. Instagram, LLC is also not responsible for anything that may, or may not, happen to an Entrant because of the Entrant’s participation in the Promotion.  Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay, or misdirection of materials/mail/e-mail/posts submitted to THE SPONSOR.  By entering, each
Entrant agrees to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of THE SPONSOR, or their designated agents, which are final and legally binding in all respects. Each Entrant further agrees that the Prize is awarded upon the condition that the Entrant hold the Promotion Entities and Instagram, LLC
harmless from any and all injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, including death, sustained, in whole or in part, directly or
indirectly, in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Prize, or participation in this Promotion or participation in or travel to any Promotion or Prize-related activities.  Entrants further acknowledge that the Promotion Entities and Instagram, LLC have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize.
The Promotion Entities, and Instagram, LLC, are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Promotion Entities, by Instagram, LLC, by users or Entrants, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion, or by technical or human error which may occur
and/or which may damage a user’s system or limit an Entrant’s ability to participate in the Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO
DELIBERATELY DAMAGE INSTAGRAM OR ANY WEBSITE RELATED TO THE PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF LAW. SHOULD AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of THE SPONSOR that corrupt or affect
the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, THE SPONSOR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or any element thereof, and THE SPONSOR
may conduct a random drawing to award the Prize using all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of action requiring such termination. THE SPONSOR further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify all individuals who tamper or otherwise interfere with the proper execution of the
Promotion. 

• Use of Information:  By accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner consents to and gives THE SPONSOR, and any other party authorized by THE SPONSOR, the right to video and/or audio tape the Prize Winner with the Prize, to use,
  adapt, publish, develop and/or edit the Prize Winner’s name, address (city, state or province only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical information and/or statements about the Promotion for publicity, advertising, trade and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the world wide web without review, notification or approval, and without additional compensation, in perpetuity, except where prohibited by law. 
• Taxes:  All income, sales, use and other taxes (and the reporting thereof), imposed or due any jurisdiction as a result of the award of the Prize
  and any other fees or costs associated with the Prize are solely the Prize Winner’s responsibility.  It is the Prize Winner’s responsibility to
  understand and abide by any federal, state, province local or foreign tax laws that may apply to receipt of a Prize. Prize Winner may be required to complete certain tax information reporting forms before or upon receipt of a Prize.
• Governing Law: By becoming an Entrant or otherwise completing the act of entering the Promotion, each Entrant agrees that the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, excluding any conflict
  of laws rule or principle that might refer the governance or the construction of these Official Rules to the law of another jurisdiction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of Ontario.  Each Entrant submits and consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Provincial and Canadian Federal Courts located in the Province of Ontario and acknowledges and agrees that such courts constitute the exclusive and proper venues and convenient forums for the
  resolution of any actions by any Entrant with respect to any claims arising out of the Official Rules or arising out of the Promotion. 
• Severability:  If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Official
  Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained herein.
• Amendment:  THE SPONSOR reserves the right to modify the Official Rules at any time during the Promotion Period for clarification purposes
  without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion. 

The Winner List will be available on or after October 14, 2023.
