When harvest begins in October, collaboration between our farmers and QA team ensures each date is hand-picked according to strict criteria—size, appearance, freshness, and moisture level. A primary inspection at harvest eliminates any imperfections before the dates even leave the grove.

Sorting & Selection
ONLY THE FINEST DATES

At our sorting station, dates go through multiple layers of quality control. Any showing black nose, raised skin, or other natural defects are removed. After cold storage to ensure purity, dates are washed, dried, and hand-sorted by moisture and size to maintain uniformity in every bag.
