EVOO Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

This homemade vanilla ice cream recipe is easy to make using your blender and will give you a sweet treat your family would love.

Ingredients:

4 cups Heavy Whipping Cream

3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar

6 ounces Cream Cheese, softened

3/4 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk

1/4 cup Terra Delyssa ® Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tablespoons Pure Vanilla Paste

1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

1/4 cup Terra Delyssa ® Dates, chopped

 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients, except for the Terra Delyssa ® Dates to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the ice cream mixture into freezer safe containers with an air-tight lid and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours.
  3. To serve, scoop the ice cream into a bowl then top with chopped Terra Delyssa ® Dates and a light drizzle of Terra Delyssa ® Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
