Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons Terra Delyssa® Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Vinegar
1 teaspoon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 5-oz. Wild-Caught Tuna, drained
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 cup Green Apple, diced
1/4 cup Scallion, sliced
1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
2 cups Butter Lettuce
Directions:
- Add Terra Delyssa® Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and black pepper to a salad bowl and mix to combine.
- Next, add the tuna and mix using a fork.
- Add the diced red bell pepper, green apple, scallion and parsley. Mix to combine.
- Spoon tuna salad over butter lettuce and serve with your favorite bread.
