1 teaspoon Whole Grain Mustard

1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon Honey

2 Tablespoons Terra Delyssa® Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced

2 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped

12 ounces Sunset Wild Wonders® Tomatoes, halved

2 Tablespoons Capers, drained

1/4 cup Vegan Feta Cheese, crumbled

Fresh Basil Leaves, for garnish



  1. In a salad bowl, whisk together the mustard, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, honey, and extra virgin olive oil until emulsified.
  2. To the lemon vinaigrette, add the thinly sliced red onion, romaine lettuce, halved tomatoes, capers, and crumbled vegan feta cheese. Gently toss the salad then garnish with fresh basil leaves.
