Ingredients:
Raspberry Vinaigrette
1/4 cup Raspberries
2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
4 Tablespoons Terra Delyssa® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Mustard
2 teaspoons Honey
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Salad
5 ounces Baby Arugula
1/3 cup Raspberries
1/3 cup Blueberries
1/3 cup Blackberries
1/3 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
Directions:
- Add the raspberry vinaigrette ingredients to a blender and blend until emulsified.
- Add the salad ingredients to a large salad bowl then pour over the raspberry vinaigrette and toss gently.
