Not sure how the olive oil tastes because I spent the last 3 hours in the emergency room getting stitches after attempting to pry open the "safety seal" that was impossible to separate from the cap. I tried to grasp the safety ring and then unscrew the cap but it wasn't working, the entire cap and seal just freely spins around the bottle. So I then tried to pry up each individual perforation from the safety seal with a knife and then the knife slipped and went straight into my thumb. I needed 3 stitches. Quality Control needs to bring enough bottles of this for everyone on the executive board so they can have a contest to see who can open their bottle without getting an injury or even open it all! Somebody dropped the ball in the design studio or just cheaped out on selecting the bottle caps.

This is my favorite olive oil. Not only is it dated to when it was picked and processed. You also know when you should use it at it's freshest.. So it's always as fresh as it can be. So very tasty, useful for sauteing poaching. For a light fry and delicious your salad. Absolutely delightful.
