Garlic Parmesan Bruschetta
1 loaf of Italian or French bread
2-3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
Italian seasoning, to taste
parmesan cheese, to taste
½ can of petite diced tomatoes, well-drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Terra Delyssa Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
In the microwave, soften the 3 tablespoons of butter for about 15 seconds. Mix softened butter with 1 clove of minced garlic. Microwave for another 10-15 seconds to soften butter and garlic mixture.
Slice up a loaf of Italian or French bread to about 1-inch thick. Top slices with melted garlic butter mix, followed by Italian seasoning, then parmesan cheese. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown
In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, garlic, basil, and olive oil and stir until everything is fully coated with olive oil.
Top the garlic bread with the desired amount of tomato mixture. Enjoy!
