EVOO Guacamole

This healthy guacamole recipe is simply the best! A classic combination of avocados, red onion, pickled peppers, pepitas, lime juice, and cilantro.

2 Tablespoons Terra Delyssa® Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 Large Avocados

2 Tablespoons Lime Juice

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

1 teaspoon Agave

1 Tablespoon Red Onion, finely diced

1 Tablespoon Pickled Peppers, finely diced

1 teaspoon Pepitas, chopped

1 Tablespoon Cilantro, chopped

Tortilla Chips, for serving



  1. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise then carefully remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh using a spoon and add it to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Using a fork, mash the avocados to your desired consistency.
  3. Next, add the remaining ingredients including the Terra Delyssa® Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
