Grilled Steak Skewers

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Tablespoons Terra Delyssa® Extra Virgin Olive Oil

5 Large Garlic Cloves, minced

2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

1 pound To Sirloin, cubed

1 Yellow Squash, sliced

1 Red Onion, roughly chopped

 

Directions:

  1. Heat a grill on medium heat and thread the beef cubes, yellow squash and red onion chunks onto metal skewers.
  2. Once the grill is hot, add a bit of Terra Delyssa® Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the grill then place the steak skewers onto the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side then move to a serving plate.
  3. Add about 1/2 cup of Terra Delyssa® Extra Virgin Olive Oil, minced garlic, finely chopped parsley, salt and black pepper to a bowl and mix to combine.
  4. Garnish the serving plate with the beef skewers with fresh parsley and drizzle with the garlic olive oil mixture.
